All packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer 3 shipping options: Standard, 2-3 Day, and Next Day.
Free Shipping Promotions
Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Standard Ground Delivery only. Alternative shipping options are available for additional costs.
Standard Ground Delivery, Continental United States
For Standard Ground shipping (of in-stock items) Please allow 5-7 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will take 24-48 business hours to process and ship.
2-3 Day Packages
Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Your package will arrive in two business days from the date your package was shipped.
Overnight Guaranteed Packages
Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Your package will arrive in the next business day, from the date your package was shipped.
*We do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
*Express delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional funds.
*In case of a lost package, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date. Any claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
*Currently, we are not able to send orders internationally or to P.O. boxes and APO/Military addresses.

Returns
Thank you for shopping at A.W. JUSTEEN. If any item fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a replacement (if available), a refund, or exchanged for another item. You may return the merchandise back to the Web site. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise.
1. All claims must be delivered to A.W. JUSTEEN within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt. Unused and unopened merchandise will be accepted for full refund or exchange, when accompanied by your receipt or invoice and return authorization. All returns must have return authorization before the customer mails the return package. Return authorization will be sent to the customer via e-mail within 7 days after receiving the claim.
2. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 7 business days of receipt of returned goods.
3. Pack and seal your return securely and include the original invoice.

5. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process.
6. If item received was damaged, it can be replaced for the same exact item, if available.
7. Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Goods may be exchanged upon customer’s request.
Claims
All claims for defects, damages, or shortages must delivered in writing within 5 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. If no such claim is made, A.W. JUSTEEN and the customer will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the customer acknowledges that A.W. JUSTEEN’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications. All claims postmarked after 5 calendar days will not be accepted.
